1. Definitions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the nbajee platform and all its services. The key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

Using this platform means the member has voluntarily accepted these Terms. If you object to any condition, you must refrain from using the service.

2. Account Registration and Management

Each individual may hold only one account on nbajee. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, we reserve the right to close all such accounts and forfeit the balances.

All information provided at registration — name, mobile number, date of birth — must be accurate and up to date. Providing false information will be treated as a violation of the Terms.

If identity verification (KYC) is required, the member may need to submit a National Identity Card or equivalent document. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3. Age Limit and Eligibility

All nbajee services are available only to persons aged 21 or above. Opening an account or using the service below the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.

When age verification is required, the member is obliged to provide a National Identity Card or birth registration certificate. Providing false information about age will result in permanent account closure and the balance will not be refunded.

4. Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on nbajee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Currently accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The same methods are used for withdrawals.

The mobile banking number used for the deposit and the number used for withdrawal must be the same. Transactions using a third-party number or account are not permitted.

If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected in any transaction, nbajee reserves the right to suspend or cancel the transaction and place the associated account under investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

nbajee offers a welcome bonus of 100% on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To withdraw from the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times.

nbajee reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. If conditions change while an offer is active, affected members will be notified in advance as far as possible.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

Each game on the nbajee platform has its own rules, which are displayed when the game is launched. It is the member's responsibility to read these rules before starting to play.

nbajee reserves the right to void any winnings or payments incorrectly displayed due to a technical error. If you have a dispute regarding a game result, the support team must be notified within 24 hours.

7. Account Closure and Termination

nbajee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account for any reason or for no stated reason, particularly in the following circumstances:

8. Limitation of Liability

nbajee is committed to maintaining reasonable technical standards on its platform. However, nbajee is not liable for the following:
